OSWEGO, NY -24-Hour Record Retriever & Abstract, Inc. has launched a new program called Preferred Service, that offers their customers a superior turn-around time and has built-in money saving benefits.
"We stepped back and looked at how our industry operates," stated Ryan Thorpe, co-owner of 24-Hour Record Retriever & Abstract, Inc. "We found that the status-quo many of our competitors operate within is inefficient and that the consumers of our products and services are not adequately educated about this process."
Preferred Service allows individuals, attorneys, and banks an opportunity to submit abstracting orders immediately upon receipt and then call when it is needed. This process reduces turn-around time to almost nothing and ensures the customer will not be billed until the abstract of title is released to them.
Developed by 24-Hour, Preferred Service is the beginning of what Thorpe hopes is an entire paradigm shift in how the abstracting business works. "We have already made some changes in the way our industry operates," added Thorpe.
