24-HOUR RECORD RETRIEVER & ABSTRACT, INC. RELEASES NEW COVER SHEET MAKER 1.5 UPGRADE
OSWEGO, NY - 24-Hour Record Retriever & Abstract, Inc. has released Cover Sheet Maker 1.5, the software upgrade to version 1.0, that simplifies the abstract industry recording process, according to Ryan Thorpe, co-owner of the record and abstract search company.
Cover Sheet Maker 1.5, prepares and prints a cover sheet that accompanies your filing at the Oswego County Clerk's Office. Customers can then simply fill in the fields with the proper information, enter the number of pages to be filed, enter mortgage amount or revenue stamp information, check the appropriate boxes and Cover Sheet Maker 1.5 will print a cover sheet with all the government fees calculated and ready for filing.
Cover Sheet Maker 1.5 is available free of charge and is compatible with both Windows XP/2000(r) and Mac OS X.

The 1.0 software was originally developed and introduced in 2004, to assist banks, attorneys and other professionals who might regularly record instruments with a municipal clerk's office.
