24-Hour Record Retriever & Abstract, Inc. (24RR&A) officially began serving the Central New York Area; including Oswego, Onondaga, Cayuga, and Jefferson Counties; January 1, 2003. Today, as 24RR&A promotes positive change in the abstracting industry, tremendous growth is occurring within both the company walls and the surrounding community. It is 24RR&A's desire to continually supply Central New York with all its abstracting needs in unheard-of ways.

In an effort to better serve the local real estate community, 24RR&A uses several forms of advanced technology. Dubbed The Record Keeper - our internal office management and production suite offers unparalleled ease of use and fast production time to streamline ordering, production, tracking, and invoicing of all aspects of our business. This results in high-quality products produced in record turnaround times.
24-Hour Record Retriever & Abstract, Inc. is growing as the demands for greater levels of service and support increase. An advanced office production suite is currently in production, code named ION. ION will further increase the accuracy, speed, and quality of the products and services we provide by offering new, cutting-edge features to our customers. With a focus on greater customer service, ION will include invoice tracking and improved abstract and title production, as well as online order tracking and payment options.
Turnaround Time
Sluggish turnaround times have been one of the greatest drawbacks of the abstracting industry for decades. 24RR&A recognized this shortcoming early on and pledged to develop and maintain the fastest turnaround time in the area. In keeping with such a promise, we provide our customers with a report card or an Abstract Efficiency Report. This report, faxed monthly to each client, details the actual production time for each order completed, allowing our customers to see, firsthand, the true results of our promise.
